I've had the band for almost 7 months, and I still absolutely love it. I have been extremely rough on it, and it's held up great. I only take it off when I'm playing with it, and I haven't any problems with leaving it on 24x7. I was also extremely happy with the service I received. I ordered the wedding band 2 weeks before my wedding, and I received it in about a week. I highly recommend your company to anyone that I know who is taking the plunge.
Thanks again!

We received the ring today, and we are thrilled! The quality is exactly as promised, and I cannot believe that this piece, which was priced hundreds of dollars cheaper than comparable rings we saw, is so beautiful and well-made. Now we are even more excited for our wedding than we were before, because we can't wait to see the ring on her finger every day! Thank you for the fast service, great selection, excellent price, and above all, the high-quality ring. I will spread the word about this wonderful site. Casey VA 02/2010

Gold
Gold has been the inspiration for jewelry since the beginning of time. It's coveted for its gleaming beauty and strong yet malleable nature. Gold will not rust, corrode or tarnish.
Gold is measured in karats, abbreviated as the letter "K" and preceded by a number. 100% pure gold is 24K. However, in its pure form, gold is too soft to be used in jewelry. In order to give it resilience to hold up to everyday wear, gold is alloyed with other metals.
14 karat (58.3% gold)
Great for use in traditional jewelry. This is a hard, resilient metal that will maintain much of its original look (polish and detail) for many years.
18 karat (75% gold)
Excellent for use in fine jewelry with a rich, deep color. 18K gold is a little softer than 14K and will usually wear a little more, giving it a soft patina.
Platinum
Platinum is pure, an expression of integrity, a reflection of inner truth. Platinum's purity endows it with a brilliant white luster. This helps to reflect the true radiance of diamonds. Because it is generally 95% pure, platinum jewelry does not fade or tarnish and keeps its looks for a lifetime. Platinum's purity makes it hypoallergenic and ideal for those with sensitive skin.
Platinum jewelry is the perfect choice for a lifetime of everyday wear. Its density and weight make it more durable than other jewelry metals. Platinum does not wear away and holds precious stones firmly and securely. Like all precious metals, platinum scratches. However, the scratch on a platinum piece is merely a displacement of the metal and none of its volume is lost. So, even though wearing it each and every day may leave an impression on the surface, it remains what it was - a symbol for all things eternal.
Palladium
Palladium is a sister to platinum, a “noble metal” (member of the the platinum group of metals) with some rather unique properties that ensure a place for it in industry and as a precious metal investment. This fascinating metal is tied closely with platinum from both history and its properties. Even so, important differences remain in physical properties and in today’s supply and demand economics.
Palladium alloys developed for jewelry typically contain 95% palladium and about 5% ruthenium and have trace amounts of other metals proprietary to their developers. These 950 palladium alloys are white, noble, malleable, lightweight, hypoallergenic, easy to finish and polish, furthermore they do not require rhodium plating, and have desirable, platinum-like setting and forming characteristics.
